Michelle Queen"For me the Whippet dream began over 20 years ago. The very first time I ever laid my eyes on this wonderful breed at a dog show with my mother I knew I was hooked for life. I owe a huge thanks to Reagan Meadows, and especially to Calvin G. Perry (Appraxin) without both of them WesAnn's Whippets would have never been possible. With Calvin's kind words of support and mentoring I have became a stronger person and better equipped at understanding this
great breed. My whippets have brought me great joy including new/lifelong friendships, comfort, and the knowledge of knowing through hard work and dedication BIG dreams can come true!!! WesAnn's is a collaboration of many well known lines, including: SportingField, Appraxin, Morshor, and of course WesAnn's. I pride myself on producing Quality Whippets. With correct temperaments, conformation, and all around balance, WesAnn's Whippets are never just average. All of my Whippets are raised in house and underfoot and spoiled absolutely rotten!! I look forward to the future and what exciting adventures it has in store for WesAnn's.." -Taken from Michelle's Website in regards to her breeding program |
Hayley NitzI entered the sport of dog shows when I was 15 years old and have been in the sport for a little over 3 years. I started with a Standard Poodle in juniors and quickly fell in love with the wonderful world of showing. I soon got a competitive Keeshond to show in juniors, breed and owner handler. I quickly fell in love with what I consider to be my "heart breed". I piloted my Keeshond, Jammer ( GCH Trumpets We Will Rock You ) to his Grand Championship and Group placements as well as the rank of #1 Owner Handler Keeshond. We also we ranked #1 Keeshond junior and #3 Non-sporting junior, all in the period of 5 months! After aging out of juniors and graduating high-school I decided to pursue a profession career in showing dogs. After running into Kacie multiple times helping ringside it only made sense to work with her full-time. Working with Kacie doesn't feel like a job in the sense that I feel that I belong with her and the dogs. I am extremely proud to be a part of team WesAnns. I hope she, the team and the clients continue to believe in me and my ability to care for and show dogs.
